Week 5: Real Workplace Scenarios & Practice
Applied sessions using real scenarios — the least teaching, the most doing.
Week 6: Feedback, Progress Review & Next Steps
Establish your baseline, surface shared challenges, and set personal goals to revisit at the end.
Return to Week 1 goals, peer feedback, and a 30-day personal action plan.

With over 25 years of experience in human resources, payroll operations, and organizational support, Wanda brings a real-world understanding of how communication impacts performance, perception, and career growth in professional environments.
Throughout her career, Wanda has worked closely with employees, managers, and leadership teams, gaining firsthand insight into the communication challenges many professionals face—particularly those working in English as a second language.
Her work in Business English focuses on helping non-native professionals communicate more effectively in the workplace. Rather than teaching textbook English, Wanda emphasizes practical application—how to write clear, professional emails, participate confidently in meetings, and communicate with clarity and professionalism in everyday business interactions.
Wanda is TEFL-certified through International TEFL Academy (170-hour certification), with an additional 60 hours of advanced electives in Business English and Test Preparation.
Her approach is grounded in real workplace expectations, making her training both relevant and immediately applicable.
