Wanda Bryant brings 25+ years of experience helping organizations build structure, strengthen teams, and reduce people-related risk. Her work is grounded in real-world operations and a deep understanding of how HR systems affect day-to-day performance.
Wanda holds a master’s degree in nonprofit management with a specialization in human resource management. She founded E/E Business Solutions to support small nonprofits and growing teams that need practical HR infrastructure—without the cost of a full-time HR department.
Through E/E, Wanda focuses on HR foundations and workforce strategy, including job descriptions and role clarity, recruitment and retention planning, onboarding and employee lifecycle tools, policy and SOP development, and compensation and career framework support. Her approach is collaborative, research-based, and designed to deliver clear, usable solutions.
