We provide HR and organizational development consulting to nonprofits experiencing growth, transition, or the need to strengthen their people infrastructure.
Our work helps organizations examine how their organizational structure, workforce, compensation practices, recruitment and onboarding systems, performance processes, policies, and other people systems support - or no longer support - the organization they are becoming.
E/E brings extensive hands-on experience across Human Resources, organizational operations, complex payroll environments, compliance, systems, process development, and organizational management. That experience provides a practical understanding of how decisions involving people, structure, compensation, processes, systems, and organizational change affect one another.
Our approach is strategic and practical: understand what exists, identify what needs to change, develop appropriate systems and structures, and support implementation where needed. The objective is to leave organizations with practical tools, stronger systems, greater clarity, and increased internal capacity.

Wanda Bryant
HR foundations and workforce strategy for small nonprofits and growing teams
E/E Business & Finance Solutions, Inc. was founded by Wanda Bryant, an HR and organizational-development professional with more than three decades of experience across Human Resources and complex organizational operations.
Her professional background includes HR operations, workforce processes, large-scale payroll operations, compliance, systems, organizational management, process improvement, and consulting.
Her nonprofit consulting experience includes a multi-month workforce-development and HR-improvement engagement involving compensation research and salary structures, organizational structure, job descriptions, recruitment and interview systems, performance management, career pathways, employee lifecycle processes, and HR policy and handbook development.
Wanda holds a master's degree in nonprofit and organizational management, specializing in Human Resources. Her combination of operational experience and nonprofit-management education informs E/E's practical approach to organizational and workforce consulting.
