1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of eebusinesssolution.com and any related content, tools, resources, and communications (together, the "Site"), operated by E/E Business Finance & Solutions, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. About Our Services

E/E Business Finance & Solutions, Inc. provides nonprofit HR and organizational development consulting, including organizational assessment and design, workforce planning, compensation and job structures, recruitment and onboarding, performance management and career pathways, and HR policies and people infrastructure.

The Site describes our services and offers articles, tools, guides, and assessments. Consulting engagements are provided only under a separate written agreement (a "Services Agreement"). If a Services Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Services Agreement controls for the work it covers.

3. No Legal, Tax, or Professional Advice

Content on the Site is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice, and it does not create an attorney-client relationship or any other advisory relationship. Employment, wage-and-hour, benefits, and nonprofit laws vary by location and change over time. You should consult a qualified attorney or other licensed professional before acting on any information from the Site.

4. Tools, Templates, Guides, and Assessments

We may offer downloadable tools, templates, guides, and self-assessments. These materials are provided "as is" as general starting points. They are not customized to your organization, and results of any assessment are illustrative only. You are responsible for reviewing, adapting, and confirming that any material fits your circumstances and complies with applicable law before using it.

5. Inquiries and Contact Forms

When you submit an inquiry or contact form, you agree to provide accurate information. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, and we are under no obligation to accept any engagement. Please do not send confidential, privileged, or sensitive personal information (such as employee records, Social Security numbers, or health information) through the Site or by unsecured email before a Services Agreement is in place.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in violation of any law or regulation

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security

  • Use automated tools to scrape or copy Site content in bulk without our written permission

  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful content, including malware

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, articles, tools, templates, and guides, are owned by E/E Business Finance & Solutions, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the Site and to download and use our tools and resources for your organization's own internal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, republish, redistribute, or publicly post our materials, or remove any copyright or attribution notices, without our prior written consent.

You may share short excerpts with proper attribution and a link to the original page.

8. Your Submissions

If you send us comments, feedback, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them to improve our Site and services, without obligation to you. This does not apply to confidential information shared under a Services Agreement, which is governed by that agreement.

9. Third-Party Links and Content

The Site may link to third-party websites, resources, or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. A link does not mean we endorse the third party. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Results and Testimonials

We describe our work and any client outcomes for illustration only. Past results do not guarantee similar results, which depend on each organization's circumstances, resources, and decisions.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, E/E Business Finance & Solutions, Inc. and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $1,000.00.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E/E Business & Finance Solutions, Inc. and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

14. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Site.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Milwaukee, WI, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in United States of America, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

17. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Services Agreement, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
